Preorder products take 4–8 weeks to complete before shipment, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page. Carrier transit time is additional.

Free shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible US orders with a subtotal of $100 or more.

Sales and cancellations

Lost packages

Lost Faith NYC is not responsible for packages lost in transit, except where required by applicable law. However, we will assist you to the best of our ability by working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and explore available solutions.
