Shipping and Refund Policy

 

All sales are final.

Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and verification before shipment. To avoid delays or cancellation, billing and shipping information must match exactly.

Preorder products take 4-8 weeks to complete. Any chargebacks initiated before the preorder period ends must be immediately overturned.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Shipping is a service provided by USPS and UPS and is purchased in conjunction with your order. While we will do our best to assist with any issues, responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
